The General Directorate of Information and Decision Support is the Academy's specialized technical directorate responsible for driving digital transformation, governance, business process reengineering, and service excellence. Through the development of integrated digital solutions and information systems, the Directorate supports sustainable professional development, empowers data-driven decision-making, and enhances the quality of services provided to educational staff, contributing to the advancement of Egypt's education system in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030 and the national digital transformation and sustainable development agenda.
Functions of Management:
- Analyze, design, and develop the Academy digital systems.
- Develop and maintain databases and provide information on educational staff members.
- Digital transformation, process reengineering, and service process simplification.
- Manage the Teacher Platform, website, and the development of digital content.
- Prepare periodic reports and statistical analyses to support leadership and decision-makers.
- Propose development plans and implement digital transformation and governance policies.
- Collaborate with all departments and branches of the Academy across all areas of operation.

Key Achievements:
- Designed the UI/UX, developed, and managed the Academy official website.
- Developed and managed the Unified Digital Professional Development System (ERP).
- Developed and managed the PAT Teacher Platform for distance training and digital services.
- Developed and implemented the E-Pay System on the PAT Teacher Platform, replacing the traditional payment process.
- Developed and managed the Digital Technical Support and Examination Management System across all Academy branches.
- Developed the Digital Application and Examination System for STEM Schools Recruitment.
- Led the digital transformation of the accreditation framework and developed digital evaluation and review systems.
- Digitized the process of issuing Professional Practice Eligibility Certificates.
- Designed and managed the Innovative Teacher Competition and developed the digital application and evaluation system.
- Launched the Academy Information Infrastructure Development Project (PAT-IDP).
