The General Administration of Branch Affairs at the Professional Academy for Teachers (PAT), which oversees 27 branches at a rate of one branch per governorate. The Directorate is responsible for directing, coordinating, and monitoring all activities and services provided by the Academy's branches across governorates, Ensuring branch compliance with the Academy's general policies and approved standards, and Resolving administrative and financial issues of the branches and provisioning their needs.
Functions of Management:
- Planning and Organization: Participating in drafting the Academy's annual plan and defining operational goals for the branches. And Proposing the establishment of new Academy branches in the governorates based on field needs and available budgets.
- Monitoring and Field Supervision: Supervising the Academy's branches in the governorates and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient service delivery. And Conducting periodic and unannounced field visits to branches to inspect workflow and evaluate performance.
- Financial, Administrative, and Technological Support: Assessing the human, material, and financial resource requirements of the branches, and coordinating with the General Administration of Financial and Administrative Affairs to secure them and resolve branch issues. And Coordinating with the General Administration of Information Systems to provide technological support to branches, train their staff on digital systems, and facilitate the printing of teachers' files.
- Reporting and Decision-Making: Preparing comprehensive periodic reports on branch achievements, operational obstacles, and development proposals, and submitting them to the Deputy Director of the Academy. And Investigating and reviewing complaints from branch employees or service recipients and working toward them.
